The goal is to create unified and harmonious building compositions, promote quality architecture, and visual diversity. Consistent design integrity, exhibited by the building components including, but not limited to, building mass, roof forms, windows (proportion and design), building materials, and facade details. A consistent color scheme was chosen for the building’s entire facade and all visible sides.
