The building designed clearly belongs to the site, seeking to strengthen its special architectural character.

Axis, symmetry and spatial hierarchy have always been the essential compositional element which can be seen in the design of the building.

Some areas are kept open and merge with the exterior, to keep near relation between the exterior and interior spaces of the designed building.

The choice of materials and colours, the rhythm of openings in the facades, the relation that the building maintains with the exterior and the nature of public spaces has been planned.
